While DC Comics has done Super Friends themed 6 inch figures, you have to go back to the defunct DC Infinite Heroes 3.75" line to find Super Friends representations in that scale.  While there are probably others I've missed, these are the ones I have from my personal collection:  Lex Luthor, Sinestro, Batman, Wonder Woman, Superman, Hawkman, Green Lantern, The Atom (yes, the Atom was in some episodes), and The Flash.  Why they never made a classic Aquaman in this scale I'll never know.  Actually, they did but he was part of the Starro set from the San Diego Comic Con and it's too rich for my blood.

Sinestro with his yellow power ring squares off against the Green Lantern.  Far superior versions to their regretable movie versions.

Lex Luthor in his classic super friends purple, black, and green outfit verses the best 3.75" superman (except for the big hands).

DC Comics has had very sparse releases of 3.75 inch action figures over the years with varying quality.  While I have a few of the more recent Injustice figures, I still prefer the DC Infinite Crisis figures better.  If only they had done something about those over sized hands!
