Each numbered episode typically requires many hours of research (except for the episodes on Acid Reign, where I press record and let Howard H. Smith aka Jesus H. Hetfield to do the rest). Accordingly, there is no regular schedule for the show and there are often hiatuses. Feel free to contact @ThrashMetalShow on Twitter to complain. A note to new listeners: Episodes 1-8 are a rough outline of the origins of thrash metal. The sound in these episodes is particularly rough, even for a show that is known for lo-fi (or no-fi) production values. Listen at your own peril. For a (slightly) more listenable long-form history of thrash, begin with episode 9 as there is likely nothing in episodes 1 through 8 that isn’t covered in later episodes.
