Full Cheesy Chicken Spaghetti Recipe
Ingredients:
12 ounces spaghetti, cooked and drained
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie works also)
1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies (Rotel), drained
1 cup chicken broth
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 teaspoon parsley, freshly chopped (garnish)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, combine the diced tomatoes with green chilies, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, cream of mushroom soup and cream of chicken soup. Stir until smooth.
Add the shredded chicken, cooked spaghetti, 2 cups of cheddar cheese, and mozzarella. Toss until everything is coated in the sauce.
Transfer the mixture into the baking dish. Top with the remaining 1 cup of cheddar cheese.
Bake uncovered for approximately 30-35 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly with golden edges.
